What is Agree.Solutions?
Agree.Solutions is an electronic signature platform that lets a business upload a PDF or Word document, place signature fields on it, and email it to signers who sign on any device without creating an account. Completed documents include an audit trail, a certificate of completion, and a tamper-evident hash. Plans start free; paid plans are month-to-month and cancel in one click.
Who operates it
Agree.Solutions is built and operated by Texas Integrated Services. It is a self-funded, independently run product — not a division of a larger e-signature vendor, and not a reseller of anyone else's signing platform. The signing engine, the document pipeline, the audit trail, and the certificate of completion are all built in-house.
Why we built it
Most e-signature pricing is built around the enterprise buyer: per-seat minimums, annual contracts, envelope allowances that are hard to predict, and a cancellation flow that requires a phone call. A two-person real estate office or a roofing contractor sending eight contracts a month does not need any of that.
So the constraints we set were simple: publish every price on one public pricing page, never require a quote, never require a signer to create an account, and make cancellation a single click inside the app. Those are product decisions, not marketing copy — you can verify each one before you pay us anything.
What we claim, and what we don't
We would rather be checkable than impressive. The compliance page and the security page set out how documents are protected and which standards we do and do not meet. In short:
- We capture signer intent, consent to transact electronically, and a full audit trail — the building blocks of ESIGN- and UETA-style electronic signatures.
- Every document is hashed with SHA-256 so later changes are detectable, and every completed document ships with a certificate of completion.
- We are not SOC 2 certified, and we don't say otherwise.
- We do not guarantee legal enforceability in every jurisdiction or for every use case. That depends on your documents and your law, not on our software.
- We do not represent the product as HIPAA compliant. A HIPAA-ready architecture is available on qualifying plans after a BAA review.
- We have no physical office, branch, or government affiliation in any city or state named on our location pages. The service is delivered remotely everywhere.
